Tylho for Ladies

Tylho is a new line for us, designed by Tylor Ho who used to be a visionary for companies like Brooks Brothers, Theory and TSE. He started his own line in 2005 based on inspiration from vintage clothing, street style and old-world dressmaking techniques. The attention to detail in this line really shines through in every piece of this collection. We’re excited to share it with you as it’s a perfect fit for Seattle’s style.
The Alek Plaid Shirt ($162.00) is cute where it counts without being overly cutesy. The shoulders are gathered for a little extra volume, the pintucks add some interest to the front, and the empire waist seam slopes downwards in a curve in the back, proving to be an amazing and flattering fit.

The Telissa Shirt Dress ($180.00) is made with a super soft subtle black on black gingham knit. The shirt style hem is curved up on the sides and longer in the back than the front. there is also a tiny almost hidden pocket below the left breast pocket and there is a gathered waistline seam in the back so everything lays nicely where it should without looking like a nightshirt. Very very cute.

In the same slightly sheer fabric as the Telissa, we have the Gigi Top ($171.00). The gathered empire waist gives this top a much fuller body, but the fabric, being soft and thin, drapes beautifully instead of being bulky. This is an effortless kind of piece, perfect with any pair of jeans or even sleek satin pants for a night on the town.

Tylho has also sent us three different cotton plaid scarves ($41.00 each). They are deliciously soft and big enough to use as a lightweight wrap over a sleevless dress on a chilly evening. You’ll notice that the second color below also has a subtle sparkling addition of several brightly colored threads woven in here and there. Adorable.
