Suit up in style!
Feb 24th, 2010 by Kuhlman
Spring is in full bloom here at Kuhlman! We’ve just received some great summer weight button up shirts to spruce up your favorite suit!
J. Lindeberg is back and as gorgeous as ever.

The “Bland” is anything but! These lightweight shirts have A-M-A-Z-I-N-G fit! Small, slightly spread collar, seamless placket, and back darts make this a must-have staple piece for everyone’s wardrobe. ($147)

This fit is our long-time favorite, the Blade. It features a yokeless back, small collar, and a stitched placket. The slim fit is very flattering, and this fabric is a great pattern for almost any suit. ($117)

Another of the Blade fit, this fabric is a “Slub stripe.” If you look at the white yarns in the close up above, you can see the width changes. This is due to the slubs in the yarns. Purposefully included, these slubs give a varying effect to the texture of the fabric. This shirt is meant to be worn a bit wrinkled, similar to seersucker. ($117)
A new line for us, Poggianti, offers tailored shirts in beautiful Italian cotton fabrics. It’s all in the details…

As you can see, this fabric has a tonal check patterns with dots printed on top. The dark thread in the buttons reinforces this black and white theme. Gorgeous fit in an extremely unique fabric. ($201)

This shirt is the same fit, but a slightly heavier fabric. The white and blue stripes serve as a background to white flowers woven into the fabric itself rather than being embroidered on top. ($209)

This tonal stripe is again in the same fit. This shirt steps away from a plain poplin shirt to add some subtle stripes to the mix. You’ve gotta see this one in person to feel it’s glory. ($214)

The Rep Tie is a cute change up for those of you who want to have some fun with their clothing. The striped piece is attached at one side and covers half of the placket. ($180)

This shirt has a great small collar and is made from the best poplin fabric. ($144)

J. Lindeberg also sent us some wonderful relaxed-fit pants.

Also, we got the Ed pant in a mini-houndstooth weave. These pants are a stunning fit; designed from lightweight fabric but sewn in jean style, they make a smart crossover between dressy and casual. ($162)
